How do I use discount codes?

Discount codes give you access to exclusive offers on simonabonacci.com. Enter the code in the field provided at checkout and click "Apply." You can only use one code per order.

I didn't receive the confirmation email: what should I do?

Check your spam folder.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can request a cancellation via the Returns page.

However, if the order has already been handed over to the courier, it will no longer be possible to cancel it: you will have to wait for delivery and return the item to obtain a refund.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order via the confirmation email or the tracking email, which allows you to track your shipment in real time.

Can I change my order after confirming it?

No, it is not possible to modify an order once it has been confirmed.

What happens after I place my order?

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking information .

For orders outside the European Community , shipping costs are not refundable in the event of a return.

What are the shipping times?

Shipping times may vary: they depend on stock availability .

How will my order be delivered?

Deliveries are made by courier during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The courier will make three delivery attempts; after the third attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

What happens if I'm not at home at the time of delivery?

The courier makes up to 3 delivery attempts .

If the package cannot be delivered after the third attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse .

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be applied and added at checkout.

Returns

How does the return work?

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery.

  1. Return request: Contact us using the Returns and Refunds form and enter your order number. You will receive a confirmation email.
  2. Product condition: Items must be intact , with tags and original packaging . Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
  3. Packaging: Place the items in the original box and apply the courier's prepaid label over the previous one.
  4. Courier pickup: Call DHL to arrange pickup wherever and whenever you like.

Returns must be shipped from the same country where the purchase was made.

If the return does not meet the conditions, the package will be returned to the sender.

We accept returns within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse. Once approved, you'll receive a refund confirmation email.

I lost my return label. How can I get a new one?

If the return label is missing from the package or if you have lost it, please contact Customer Service .

I decided to keep my order, but I've already filled out the return form. What should I do?

We're glad you've decided to keep your purchase. Don't worry, no action is required, and there's no need to contact us.

Refunds

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

Credit card: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of confirmation. The amount displayed depends on your bank.

PayPal: The refund will be visible within 24 hours of confirmation.

Can I get my refund on a different credit card than the one I used for the purchase?

For security reasons, we cannot process refunds on a
credit card different from the one used for the purchase.
